painting transmission case

Hi all... I'm going to paint my 2004R transmission case. It's aluminum. I would like to know the best way to prepare the case for paint and what paint to use for best results.

Degrease with BH-38 by columbus chemical 1st
2nd acid wash with aluma prep
3rd Prime with self etching epoxy primer
4th paint with polyurethane

Remember its made by Columbus Chemical
