I got a High School Lacrosse team thats want to have all their Lacrosse sticks PC'ed (team colors).. Most are made from Titainium Alloy. Any special prep or precautions I should know about before I take on this job?
Thanks
Bob

A whole team! Nice! Just don't melt them! lol, I actualy have no idea what the melt point of t a would be, but I am sure it is much higher than what we take them to, I hope. lol

It's a LOT higher than what ou take it to for a PC cure, afterall it holds up pretty well on the SR71. The only hitch I can think of is that at some temp range titanium forms an oxide layer that adds to it's heat resistance. I don't think 400 degres is going to do it though

I've coated forged titainium blacksmith tongs, and they coat like a dream, I only wish 6061 aluminum was so easy...
