    Default Paint Booth Lighting??

    Hi All:
Is there a special floresent bulb used in paint booths? I have a ton of 4' Floresent light fixtures in my powder booth, but would like to see if they sold a better 4' tube for the same fixtures.
Just want to make my lighting better.

There are a bunch of companies that sell booth bulbs so you will just have to see what kind your supplier sells. What you want is a full color spectrum or some call it color correct bulbs. They are designed to reproduce the sun's light and are avalible in different levels of lumins. Do a quick search on the net for more info and a local supplier. I will warn you though, they are not cheap. I pay around $10.00 a bulb for 4' ers!

I don't think I would buy these myself for the shop, but when I walked up to this car, I thought there was a skylight shining sunlight down on it. It fooled me for a minute until I saw the spots. This light is awesome if you did not know it was not sunlight you couldn't tell.

It was at the Saab display at the car show. This is an all ethanol car.
