I purchased an Auto Paint and Primer System about 2 years ago and have lost the manual for it. Is there a way to get a new manual for it? I searched google but no luck. The order number for the item is 12506 and at the time cost $159.99. Please help if you can. THANKS!!!!!

When you are going to use a clear powder over a color coat, what is the proper procedure? Do I need to sand or rough the color before I apply the clear?
